About Us

About Us

Shrimati Poonam Devi is a well-known name for Gau Seva. Poonam Devi is involved in this noble cause since 2018. She is also donating free books and food for poor kids. Moreover,we serve old age people with basic necessities such as food and clothes. On 14th June 2022,Poonam Devi establisheda trust “Om Foundation Trust” with the aim of Gau Seva and helping foodless people. We believe that making real improvements in cow health means working both locally and all around India on the underlying causes of poverty in the developing world.

We are into cow welfare as well as other welfare activities as we understand we can share our feeling and pains with others but animals can not. We believe we must help animals in the best possible way to lessen their pain, and health and provide food to them. According to Hinduism, If you feed cows with grass and water every day, is equivalent to performing AshwamedhaYagya. We consider cows as Mata (Mothers) but today, most people have forgotten that.

Our Goal

  • To help injured cows and cattle and provide suitable treatment for their well-being.
  • To provide complete care to wandering and old-age cows.
  • To encourage people to respect, protect and save our Gau Mata.
  • To rescue cows from being killed in slaughterhouses and rehabilitate them.
  • To make people aware of the health benefits of cow milk, ghee, and urine as well as the importance of vegetarian food.

Services Offered By Om Foundation Trust

  • Gau Seva for ditched, injured, and homeless cows.
  • Grass, fodder, water, shelter, and care for gaumata.
  • Free food and books for poor children.
  • Free food and clothes for homeless and old age people.

Safeguard Cows AndProtect Our Culture

In Hinduism, cows are worshipped as mothers. As per Hindu scriptures, there are seven mothersAtma-mata that is your mother, Guroh Patni that is your teacher’s wife, Brahmani that is the wife of Brahma Ji, Raja-Patnika that is the wife of the king, Dhenu the cow, Dhatri the nurse and Prithvi the Earth. These all are considered mothers in Hindu Vedas.

Just like a mother feeds her breast milk to her child, similarly,a cow feeds human society with her milk. The bull is also considered the father of human society because the father earns to feed his children and family similarly the bull plows earth to produce grains and food. So disrespecting, beating, and killing cows is equivalent to ending human civilization.

The civilized people expected to protect cows and bulls. Today people are turning to be more uncivilized by neglecting the value of our culture and encouraging cow killing. According to Hindu Vedas, all the gods, goddesses, and Devi devtas reside in the cow’s body, that is the main reason the cow is worshipped in Hindu culture.

Every Child Deserves Food AndEducation

No child should stay hungry. Food and education are every child’s basic rights. Children should enjoy their childhood happily, they should not be worried about how to get food and education. Om Foundation Trust is dedicated to providing these basic rights to needy children. We are frequently visiting village areas to find poor school-going and non-school-going children. We are providing them with books, notebooks, and other stationary items. We are serving food to these children. We at OnFoundation Trust are constantly working towards to betterment of poor children. we are trying our best efforts to make sure that no children should be without food, clothes, and education.

Helping Old Age People ToFulfillTheir Basic Needs

People usually think that they will work hard in their life so that they can sit relaxed when they get old. But today we can see numerous old age people sitting on the roads, asking for food and begging for necessary items. Not all old age people can work so that they can earn. Not all old age people are lucky, that their children are feeding them and taking care of their basic needs. Not all old age people have that much money that they can stay worry-free. Not all old age people have a roof over their heads.

It is extremely painful to watch these people walking on the roads and begging for food. Many of them are abandoned by their families or by some kind of disaster. Om Foundation Trust is working for this cause by providing food and clothing to these needy people. We are visiting various cities and donating food and clothing items to old age people who are not able to satisfy their basic needs.
